👉👉 READ ME FIRST!: Our Tarotorial decks are printed, assembled, and wrapped in-house by a very small team. Production is normally around 10-15 business days, but can be a little bit longer in times of increased demand. 

Please, please be patient and refrain from reaching out in regard to orders that are currently in-process unless absolutely critical. We get hundreds of messages, and it is very difficult to remain productive when we're bogged down with answering unnecessary emails.

We cannot expedite orders ahead of others. By purchasing, we assume that you're aware of this wait time.

👉 SHIPPING ETAs: Shipping can be unpredictable due to the pandemic. This is completely outside of our control. We're doing everything we can to keep customers abreast of the situation. The shipping speed selected at checkout designates how quickly your package will ship once it leaves our facility, not how quickly we will produce your order. If your package is stuck for longer than 7 business days, please feel free to reach out and we'll be happy to assist.

👉 ADDRESS CHANGES: Due to the large volume of orders we get every day, we will no longer accomodate address changes. Please check your information closely prior to ordering.

👉 IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST: Please contact us if your package seems to be lost in transit. We can file a package search request, which often helps things along. All packages are sent with tracking and insurance, so in the event that your package is lost, you will be able to file a claim. We are not resposible for packages damaged or lost due to shipping carrier mishandling, or for packages stolen.
