If you have a preorder, your order will be shipping out within 3-5 business days after the product arrives to our warehouse. Please refer to the product page for information regarding any preorders. This timeline is temporarily extended due to the worldwide supply chain delays. We appreciate your patience!
We've seen delays with USPS in recent weeks, and we've been told that this is due to the pandemic and the issues going on overseas. We do multiple drop offs each week and get orders out as quickly as possible, but unfortunately your order may be delayed on the USPS side for a short period of time. If your package shows as being "pre-transit" for longer than a week, please reach out and we'll gladly help! Thanks for your patience and understanding.
