Return Policy
Our Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at orders@ravenandrogue.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As with our standard return policy, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
