DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
No. Due to Covid-19, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges. Please be aware of our sizing charts before placing orders for apparel. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us at orders@ravenandrogue.com and we'll be happy to help!
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Sure! We allow order cancelations within 48 hours of an order being placed. To cancel an order, contact orders@ravenandrogue.com.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS LOST, DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, OR STOLEN?
We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit, damaged by the postal service, or stolen. All orders are sent with insurance so that you may file a claim in the event that your order is lost, damaged, or stolen.
